1. Do Wear Your Aligners for 20+ Hours a Day<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Remember, the wear time rule isn\u2019t a suggestion; it\u2019s a requirement. One way to make wearing your aligners for 20+ hours a day easy is by finding a routine that works for you. It\u2019s also helpful to multi-task \u2013 like drinking your coffee alongside your breakfast \u2013 to help minimize the time your trays are off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Don\u2019t Overindulge on Added Sugar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
