Your First Visit
As a new patient at our Lacey, WA dental office, there are few steps we ask you to complete so Dr. Peterson, Dr. Cammack, and the rest of our team can provide you and your family with the most thorough care possible.
X-rays are crucial when it comes to assessing the current state of your oral health and any potential concerns that need to be addressed through treatment. If you’ve recently had X-rays taken at another dental office, we ask that you please arrange for them to be forwarded to ours before your first appointment. We can also take new digital X-rays during your initial visit, if needed.
Medical history is also very important for our team to know before we begin any care. Please inform us of any medical conditions, potential complications you’ve experienced, or medications you’re currently taking at your first appointment. This allows our dentists to create treatment plans that are safe and effective for your unique situation.

Our Appointment Policy
We respect all of our patients and their valuable time. We only ask that you do the same for us. Please give our dental office at least 48 hours notice if you are unable to keep an appointment or need to cancel an upcoming appointment for any reason.
